VAT & billing
Do prices include VAT?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT at the standard rate (20%) will be added at checkout where applicable. If you are purchasing on behalf of a VAT-registered business, you can enter your VAT number during checkout to zero-rate the transaction where eligible.
What currency do you charge in?
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP, £). Stripe will convert to your card currency at the prevailing exchange rate — no additional conversion fee is charged by us.
Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Yes. Stripe automatically sends a payment confirmation email with a receipt to the address used at checkout. If you need a VAT invoice for your records or expense claim, please contact us at support@responsiblewithai.com with your order reference.
Can my organisation pay by purchase order (PO)?
Individual course purchases are card-only through Stripe. For team or organisation subscriptions where a PO is required, please get in touch via our contact page and we will arrange manual invoicing.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on course purchases. If you have completed fewer than 20% of a course and feel it is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
