All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT at the standard rate (20%) will be added at checkout where applicable. If you are purchasing on behalf of a VAT-registered business, you can enter your VAT number during checkout to zero-rate the transaction where eligible.
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP, £). Stripe will convert to your card currency at the prevailing exchange rate no additional conversion fee is charged by us.
Yes. Stripe automatically sends a payment confirmation email with a receipt to the address used at checkout. If you need a VAT invoice for your records or expense claim, please contact us at support@responsiblewithai.com with your order reference.
Individual course purchases are card-only through Stripe. For team or organisation subscriptions where a PO is required, please get in touch via our contact page and we will arrange manual invoicing.
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on one-time course purchases. If you have completed fewer than 20% of a course and feel it is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Monthly membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period and no further charges are made.
The £9/month membership renews automatically each calendar month via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
