Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user," "you," or "your") and Responsible with AI Training Platform ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Responsible with AI Training Platform website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, visitors, registered users, guest users, and contributors of content.

The Responsible with AI Training Platform provides educational content, training courses, and learning materials related to Responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI). The Platform includes:

• Online courses and training modules
• Interactive lessons, quizzes, and assessments
• Progress tracking and completion certificates
• Reflection exercises and learning activities
• user accounts and authentication services
• Analytics and progress reporting
• Contact forms and communication tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

3.1Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2Authentication

We use passwordless authentication via magic link emails. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to your email.

3.3Guest Access

Certain features may be available to guest users without account creation. Guest users are subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Progress data for guest users may be stored locally in your browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data.

3.4Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Platform or other users.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, worms, or other harmful or destructive code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, computer systems, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform without our express written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without authorization
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Collect or store personal information about other users without their consent
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform

5.1Platform Content

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Responsible with AI Training Platform and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

• All text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software
• Course content, lessons, quizzes, and educational materials
• Our governance framework and related methodologies
• Platform design, layout, and user interface
• Trademarks, service marks, and trade names

5.2Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content
• Publicly display or perform Platform content
• Use Platform content for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

5.3user Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, including reflections, responses, and communications. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

6.1Educational Purpose

All course content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Completion of courses does not constitute professional certification, licensure, or qualification unless explicitly stated.

6.2Certificates

Certificates of completion may be issued upon successful completion of courses. Certificates are provided as evidence of course completion and do not guarantee competency, qualification, or professional standing. We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we determine that they were obtained fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

6.3Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate, or current. Course content may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without notice.

7.1Platform Availability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE THE PLATFORM AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

7.2Educational Content

THE EDUCATIONAL CONTENT PROVIDED ON THE PLATFORM IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE, LEGAL COUNSEL, OR MEDICAL ADVICE. YOU SHOULD CONSULT WITH QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS FOR SPECIFIC ADVICE TAILORED TO YOUR SITUATION.

7.3No Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RESPONSIBLEAI TRAINING PLATFORM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform
• Any other matter relating to the Platform

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED POUNDS (£100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION of INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Responsible with AI Training Platform, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, privacy right, or publicity right
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform

12.1Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12.2Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive your right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis.

12.3Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
